In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity, d77 may freeze the account balance while an investigation is conducted. Any balance held in a suspended account will remain frozen until the investigation is resolved.
You also have the right to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, ensure that any pending withdrawals have been processed and that there are no active bonuses with unmet wagering requirements.
